If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn and in perfect condition. For hygiene purposes, no refund or exchange can be accepted on knickers.

Once we receive your email we will send you our return address.
Please send items back by a recorded method or request proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Please note postage costs will not be reimbursed on refunded or exchanged items.
All Kriss Soonik products are manufactured to the highest quality. In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund or exchange the item as soon as possible. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods back to us.
